As a Product Development Manager, you will lead the creation of proven, reusable productized solutions built on Oracle ERP technologies. You’ll translate proven solutions into standardized, business-ready products that drive faster implementation, higher adoption, and measurable value.
You will partner with engineering, design, and functional experts to conceptualize, develop, and continuously improve product offerings that blend innovation with real-world impact.

Convert best practices and client use cases into configurable, repeatable product assets.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and domain experts to bring solutions from concept to market.

Leverage data, customer feedback, and market insights to inform product priorities and enhancements.

Oversee the full product lifecycle — ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.

Establish success metrics and drive adoption, scalability, and ROI for every product.

Champion innovation, ensuring products align with ACSE’s mission to simplify complex Oracle processes.

10+ years of experience in Product Management or Solution Development, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software.

Strong understanding of Oracle ERP applications (Finance, SCM, Projects, HR) and integration best practices.

Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable product solutions.

Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in one of the following:

Engineering (Computer Science, IT, Mechanical, or Electronics)

Master's degree in one of the following:
