Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert conversations into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Introduce company services and generate interest
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain relationships
- Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records, lead status, and daily reports
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Strong verbal communication skills (English; regional language is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
