- Responsibilities
- Final Vehicle Inspection: Conducting thorough inspections of completed cars or two-wheelers, focusing on paint finish, panel alignment, and overall workmanship.
- Functional Testing: Testing vehicle systems including engines, brakes, transmission, and electrical systems.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, filling out inspection checklists, and producing reports on defects and corrective actions.
- Defect Identification & Rework: Identifying defects, such as paint blemishes or poor gaps, and returning vehicles to technicians for corrections.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company quality standards, safety protocols, and sometimes emission regulations.
- Customer Delivery Prep: Checking for cleanliness, verifying that all service/repairs on the job card were completed, and ensuring the vehicle is ready for the customer.
