The role involves understanding customer vehicle issues, coordinating with technicians, providing service estimates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an automobile service center (preferred).
- Freshers with relevant qualification may also apply.
