Role Summary
Eeshanya Constructions is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting, financial operations, statutory compliance, and project accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate or construction accounting and be capable of independently handling accounts, taxation, audits, banking, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Manage project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for ongoing projects.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely filings.
- Verify and process vendor bills, contractor payments, customer receipts, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, Chartered Accountants, and government authorities as required.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
- Monitor project costs, identify variances, and support management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and maintenance of all accounting records.
- Support management in improving financial controls and accounting processes.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 8–10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Good understanding of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Prior experience in the real estate or construction sector will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Willing to work on Sundays with rotational weekly offs as per company policy.

- Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
- Performance-based incentives may be offered based on individual contribution and company policy.
