Position: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional, and positive dining experience.
- Manage guest seating and table allocations efficiently.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and walk-in guests.
- Address guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain guest feedback records and assist in improving customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide information about menu offerings, promotions, and restaurant services.
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Follow company standards for customer service and hospitality.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a GRE, Hostess, Front Office Executive, or Customer Service Executive in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and calmly.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and restaurant operations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
