Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Process Associates for an Australian Voice Process. Candidates will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and maintaining accurate customer information. Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads based on company guidelines.
- Provide accurate information about services and respond to customer queries.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
- Achieve individual productivity and quality targets.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in an early morning shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
