Yoddhaa Defence Institute is a leading platform dedicated to providing high-quality,result-oriented educational content for students preparing for exams such asNDA/CDS/AFCAT. We are currently expanding our team to focus on the specialized segment of defence entrance examinations, including NDA, CDS, AFCAT, and others.
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Subject matter Experts to develop and curate 11th and 12th grade original question banks tailored for the NDA Examination. This role involves creating a question bank of various difficulty levels; aligning with the JEE/NDA exam pattern in order to enhance the learning effectiveness and engagement. An ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the subjects, a strong command of the language, and familiarity with using digital content creation tools like Latex, Canva and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design and develop- original and relevant question bank for NDA+ JEE exam syllabus.
- Simplify complex concept keeping the academic rigor intact.
- Collaborate with the content development team to ensure material quality and consistency.
- Have strong research skills to curate material, verify information and identify exam patterns to accordingly structure the question bank.
- Use digital tools and creativity for content creation and formatting.
- Stay up-to-date with the official syllabi and any changes in the examination pattern, and accordingly update the content.
- Conduct regular analysis of previous years' question papers to identify important topics and trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge in the relevant subject- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,Mathematics, Physics, English, History, etc.).
- Prior experience in educational content creation or teaching is preferred.
- Prior experience in the defence sector or having successfully cleared a defence exam is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in using digital content creation tools (Canva, Google Docs, Latex)
- Prompt, collaborative and creative.
- Good writing and communication skills with a good command of English.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
