We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Immigration team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining immigration services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain study visa, work permit, tourist visa, PR, and other immigration services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries professionally.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
