Job Title: Sales Assistant (Multi-Tasking Role)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant who will also handle responsibilities as a GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Executive. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and supporting overall sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Coordination:
- Assist in day-to-day sales activities and client coordination
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and order processing
- Maintain client database and communication records
GeM Portal Handling:
- Manage GeM portal operations including bid participation and product listing
- Upload and update product catalogs on GeM
- Handle bid submissions, reverse auctions, and order processing
- Track GeM orders, payments, and compliance requirements
Documentation & Operations:
- Prepare and manage invoices, PI, and related documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution
- Maintain proper records of sales and GeM transactions
Multi-Tasking Role:
- Handle multiple assignments across sales, operations, and coordination
- Support management in daily administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in sales support / GeM operations
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal and bidding process
- Basic understanding of documentation and invoicing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
