Role Overview : - Responsible for building and managing MMCM’s dealer ecosystem (OEM dealerships, multi-brand outlets) to enable Leads conversion and New vehicle sales through CD discount penetration. The role focuses on onboarding, relationship management, incentive design, and channel performance.
Key Responsibilities : -
Develop and execute strategy for onboarding automotive dealer partners across regions.
Conduct dealer presentations, training, demos, and platform sign-ups.
Manage channel performance, drive volumes, and build repeat partcipation.
Work closely with product and operations to improve dealer experience.
Monitor market coemption, schemes, and dealer incentives.
Create and track dealer MIS, KPIs, and revenue metrics.
Required Skills & Experience : -
5–10 years of experience in automotive dealer development/channel sales.
Strong relationships with OEM dealers (cars/2W/CVs preferred).
Experience in digital platform onboarding or automotive services is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
