We are seeking applications for the position of Finance expert in various cities across India.
Missions/Main Duties:

Provide financial advisory and strategic support for planning, implementation, operation, and expansion of the Urban Water Metro Project.

Develop and review project financial models, cash flow projections, revenue forecasts, life-cycle cost assessments, and investment plans.

Assess project viability through financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and economic evaluations.

Support preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), business plans, financing strategies, and investment proposals.

Analyze funding options including government grants, institutional financing, PPP models, multilateral funding, and private investments.

Develop fare revenue models, non-fare revenue opportunities, and long-term financial sustainability strategies for Water Metro operations.

Monitor project expenditures, budget utilization, financial risks, and cost-control mechanisms

Assist in procurement-related financial evaluations and bid assessments.

Coordinate with financial institutions, government agencies, investors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Review contractual and financial provisions related to project implementation and operations.

Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, audit requirements, and funding agency guidelines.

Prepare periodic financial reports, management information systems (MIS), financial performance reviews, and presentations for project authorities.
Profile/Skills:

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related discipline from a recognized university.

Master's Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Infrastructure Finance, or related field.
Post-Graduation (master's degree) in Finance, Infrastructure Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in financial management, financial planning, project finance, investment analysis, or infrastructure financing.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financing and financial management of infrastructure projects, preferably in Urban Water Metro, Inland Water Transport (IWT), Ports, Maritime Infrastructure, Urban Transit, Metro Rail, Transportation, or similar sectors.
