Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and potential customers.
- Generate sales orders and leads for FMCG products.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback.
- Inform customers about new product launches, schemes, and promotions.
- Maintain and update customer database and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team (TSI/ASM) for order processing and delivery updates.
- Resolve basic customer queries and complaints.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
Desired Profile:
- 10+2/Graduate / Undergraduate with 0–3 years of telecalling or sales experience (preferably FMCG).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems.
- Strong persuasion and customer handling skills.

Pay: ₹8,502.96 - ₹12,000.00 per month
