Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Store products according to company standards, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving inventory.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles where applicable.
- Prepare products for dispatch according to sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and handling of products to prevent damage.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth inventory flow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, and losses.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
