We are seeking a young and dynamic teacher to lead our ISC Class 12 Psychology curriculum. The ideal candidate will bring high energy, modern teaching methodologies, and a fresh perspective to the classroom. You will inspire critical thinking, handle sensitive behavioral topics with empathy, and prepare students thoroughly for the ISC Board Examinations.Core Duties and Responsibilities
1. Academic Delivery & Curriculum Planning
- Syllabus Coverage: Plan and execute energetic lessons covering the complete ISC Class 12 syllabus, including Intelligence, Personality, Lifespan Development, Psychological Disorders, and Therapeutic Approaches.
- Exam Readiness: Train students in ISC-specific answer-writing techniques, time management, and the application of marking schemes using past years' board question papers.
- Remedial Support: Identify struggling students early and conduct extra sessions or remedial classes to bridge learning gaps.
2. Practical & Project Supervision
- Case Studies: Guide students in choosing valid topics, conducting ethical observations, and writing structured case study files.
- Experimental Psychology: Supervise mandatory psychological experiments, teaching students data collection, variable control, and statistical analysis.
- Internal Assessment: Grade student practical files and project work strictly per CISCE assessment criteria.
3. Classroom Management & Student Wellness
- Safe Environment: Maintain a sensitive, objective, and respectful classroom climate suitable for discussing mental health, behavioral issues, and human development.
- Inclusion: Promote emotional literacy and critical thinking, encouraging students to apply psychological principles to daily life safely.
4. Administrative & Collaborative Roles
- Parent Communication: Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide clear feedback on student academic progress and behavioral growth.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous academic trackers, attendance logs, and internal marks documentation for CISCE verification.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Professional & Educational Qualifications
- B.Ed. Degree: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE-recognized institution is strictly mandatory.
- Academic Degree: Master’s degree (M.A. / M.Sc.) in Psychology or Clinical Psychology is required.
- Compliance: Candidates without a completed B.Ed. degree will not be considered.
2. Experience Requirements
- Board Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of teaching Class 11 and 12 ISC / CBSE board batches.
- Exam Evaluation: Prior experience as an ISC Board Examiner or paper evaluator is highly preferred.
- Practical Supervision: Proven track record of guiding students through ISC practical work and case studies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
