Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to potential clients to explain our real estate and interior design services.
- Understanding client needs and guiding them toward the best property or service options.
- Scheduling site visits and conducting timely follow-ups.
- Handling customer queries professionally and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and lead status.
Requirements:
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and local languages (English proficiency is an added advantage).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using smartphones/CRM tools.
- Attributes: Confident, patient, and goal-oriented.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
