We are currently seeking an experienced Product Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive the successful deployment of our innovative products for our clients.
The Product Implementation Specialist with Business Analysis experience in SaaS / SAP/ ERP product or application exposure will be an ideal fit for this role.
As a Product Implementation Specialist at Acads360, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of our SaaS products for our clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure the software, and provide comprehensive training and support.
** The ideal candidate will bring over 4 years of experience in product implementation, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of SaaS-based solutions.
** The candidate is expected possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management skills, decision making and crisis management skills.
** The candidate is expected to build strong relationship and mutual trust with the client and be a problem solver and solution provider for them as he / she would be closely working with the Client.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for product implementation.

Configure and customize the SaaS product, PRM360 to align with client specifications.

Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring on-time and successful deployment.

Provide training to clients on product features, functionalities, and best practices.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Collaborate with the product development team to communicate client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

Create and maintain documentation related to implementation processes and client configurations.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather feedback to improve future implementations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SaaS product implementation.
Key Skills:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in product implementation support, preferably in a SaaS-based product company.
