- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Quality Data Governance Lead with deep expertise in Informatica MDM to drive enterprise wide data quality governance and master data initiatives
- The role will provide technical and functional leadership in defining governance frameworks ensuring trusted master data and enabling consistent compliant and high quality data across the organization
- Key Responsibilities
- Data Governance Leadership
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Data Governance frameworks
- Define and enforce data standards policies ownership and stewardship models
- Identify and manage Critical Data Elements CDEs and data domains
- Establish governance operating models workflows and escalation paths
- Facilitate Data Governance Councils and steward communities
- Support regulatory audit and compliance initiatives
- Data Quality Management
- Define and own enterprise data quality strategy
- Design and monitor data quality rules KPIs scorecards and dashboards
- 9 years of experience in Data Quality Data Governance and MDM
- Strong hands on experience with Informatica MDM
- Solid understanding of
- Master Data Management concepts
- Match merge survivorship hierarchies
- Proven experience defining and managing data quality frameworks and metrics
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience working in enterprise scale data environments
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
