Job Location : Chennai, Little Mount
Qualification : MBA / MSW
Experience : 2+ years
Worked in construction/Infra company - Added advantage
Salary : 20k - 30k
Key responsibilities :
1. End to end recruitment
2. Onboarding / Offboarding
3. Talent Acquisition
4. At least 2+ years experience in talent acquisition
5. Good knowledge of effective hiring platforms like job portals , social media etc,..that attract suitable applicants.
6. Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
7. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. And prepare their joining files.
8. Good at Excel & word for generating reports.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
