Job Scope: The role is responsible for strengthening HR operations, systems, and data frameworks in a fast‑paced logistics and supply chain environment. The position focuses on process standardization, process automation, compliance and scalability of systems for the country.
- Lead optimization of HRMS platforms
- Automate manual HR processes and payroll workflows
- Partner with tech teams to integrate HR systems
- Manage large-scale employee data across multiple sites and geographies
- Develop MIS, dashboards, and analytics for performance management.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and real-time reporting
- Conduct HR audits across sites and corporate.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Design efficient HR workflows for high-volume HR Operations
- Improve TAT for HR processes through automation and digitization
- Enhance employee lifecycle experience through simplified processes
- Align local HR practices with global standards and policies
- Support global HR system rollouts and process harmonization
- Collaborate with international stakeholders on HR initiatives
- Strong experience in HR operations within logistics / supply chain / e-commerce
- Expertise in HRMS (SAP, Workday, Darwinbox, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with high-volume workforce management
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
- Process improvement and automation mindset
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Certifications in HR Analytics / HR Systems (preferred)
- Experience managing HR in Supply chain/ Logistics
- Exposure to multi-location workforce management
- Experience in HR transformation / digital HR projects
