No 47-page agreements, no hidden charges, no agents calling you ten times a day. Just a cleaner, simpler way to borrow, protect, and grow your money.
We are building a brand that salaried Indians actually trust with their money, which means our marketing has to mean something. No fluff, no fear-mongering, no copy-paste finance campaigns.
The role
You will help build CreditMitra's marketing from the ground up, across brand, performance, influencer, and social. The playbook is still being written. You will be writing it. Lots of ownership, real outcomes, no hiding behind decks.
Build the brand from scratch. Help shape what CreditMitra stands for and spot branding opportunities others miss, in the news cycle, in gaps competitors leave, in campaigns nobody else is running.
Run performance ads. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and beyond. Own budgets, targeting, creative testing, and the numbers, CPL, CAC, ROAS.
Own influencer marketing. Find the right creators, not the biggest ones. Brief them, negotiate, track performance, and figure out which partnerships move the needle and which just burn budget.
Think social, think content. Live on the internet. Spot trends early, have a point of view on what we should and should not post, and work hand in hand with content and design to ship work worth someone's attention.
Measure everything. Every campaign, every channel, every rupee. Pull what worked, what did not, and why, then decide what we do next.
Who do we need
- A generalist, not a specialist. You can run a paid campaign, brief an influencer, and have an opinion on a brand idea in the same week.
- Someone who has built, not just maintained. You have worked early-stage, where the systems did not exist and you created them.
- Genuinely curious about finance. You do not need to know everything on day one, but the bar for accuracy and judgment is high.
- Someone who lives on the internet and can tell a good hook from a bad one in three seconds.
- Fast and decisive. You ship, measure, and adjust. No two-week plans for one campaign.
- Someone who likes the office. We are in-person in Hyderabad because marketing moves faster in the same room. If you want remote, we are not it.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience running paid budgets, ideally in a B2C brand
- A track record with influencer campaigns, from creator selection to measuring real impact.
- A point of view on Indian fintech marketing or why most finance brands look the same.
