- Identify and target potential clients through market research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our products or services to potential clients.
- Lead negotiations, address client inquiries, and close deals that benefit the client and the company.
- We aim to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our products or services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Travelling and Attending business events are a must.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and client servicing, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
- Knowing Hindi is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
