Job Title: Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
- Maintain and monitor all financial transactions accurately.
- Handle purchase entries, sales entries, purchase returns, sales returns, invoices, debit/credit notes, and billing processes.
- Maintain vendor accounts, customer ledgers, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and expense tracking.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, and external agencies.
- Monitor inventory-related accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Manage payroll coordination and employee reimbursement records.
- Maintain end-to-end financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support management with budgeting and financial planning.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Knowledge of Busy Software or ERP systems preferred
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Reports, Formulas)
- Experience with billing and inventory management software
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Expertise in GST filing, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Ability to manage end-to-end accounting processes independently.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial management.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience in Retail Industry will be highly preferred.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in managing complete accounts operations independently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
