Are you a confident communicator with excellent customer handling skills? We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telecalling Executive who can efficiently manage front office operations while handling customer calls professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Office
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a pleasant reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
Telecalling & Customer Service
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries into appointments or business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Address customer concerns politely and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Preferred Native Place: Kerala.
