Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR & Admin to manage HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, contractual manpower, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of labor laws, workforce management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents including appointment letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Manage contractual manpower hiring, deployment, and documentation.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities and ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Liaise with external agencies such as insurance providers, consultants, and government departments.
- Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, and attrition, and implement corrective measures.
- Organize employee welfare, engagement, and motivational activities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, presentations, and management reports.
- Address employee grievances and HR-related queries.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and administrative support activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling contractual manpower (CMP).
- Good understanding of employee welfare and engagement practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, Logistics, or similar sectors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
