Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to coordinate and execute industrial automation projects involving PLCs, Robotics, Motion Control, and Machine Automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling project execution, customer communication, site coordination, and technical troubleshooting while ensuring timely project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
- Coordinate automation projects from design to commissioning.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, programming, assembly, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
Technical Coordination
- Support PLC, HMI, Robotics, Servo, and VFD integration activities.
- Review project requirements and coordinate implementation.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during project execution.
- Read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project-related activities.
- Attend project review meetings and maintain customer relationships.
Site & Commissioning Support
- Support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.
- Assist in machine testing, debugging, and performance validation.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure successful project handover.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project reports and status updates.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Support preparation of technical and commissioning documents.
Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and execution skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Technical Knowledge
- PLC Programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley)
- HMI Development

- Electrical & Pneumatic Schematics
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Machine Building, or Project Execution.
