Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Test Engineer to support the testing, validation, and qualification of advanced communication, RF, power electronics, and embedded systems. The role involves evaluating prototypes, developing test setups, conducting qualification testing, and collaborating closely with Design (R&D) and RMA teams to ensure product reliability, performance, and compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced RF, power, and system-level testing of products and subsystems.
- Evaluate prototypes for performance, functionality, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain test setups, test fixtures, and validation procedures.
- Conduct in-house Qualification Testing (QT) and reliability testing.
- Collaborate with Design (R&D) and RMA teams for root cause analysis and product improvements.
- Manage testing equipment, calibration schedules, and test lab readiness.
- Prepare test reports, validation records, and technical documentation.
- Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions for product enhancement.
- Support product certification, qualification, and customer acceptance activities.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in RF testing, electronics testing, product validation, system integration, or R&D engineering.
- Basic knowledge of RF systems, power electronics, embedded systems, and electronic testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with test instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, and Power Meters.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional R&D environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience in defence electronics, communication systems, or embedded product testing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
