Position: Service Store Executive
Key Responsibilities
Spare Parts Management
- Manage inventory of service spare parts, consumables, and accessories.
- Ensure timely issue of spare parts to Service Engineers based on service requirements.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
Inventory Control
- Record all inward and outward stock transactions accurately.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.
- Maintain organized storage, labeling, and identification of all service materials.
Service Coordination
- Coordinate with the Service Support team to ensure availability of parts for installations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown calls.
- Support urgent service requirements by prioritizing critical spare part dispatches.
- Coordinate with dealers and branch offices for spare part requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, issue slips, and dispatch records.
- Update inventory records in Excel/ERP on a daily basis.
- Prepare daily stock movement, pending dispatch, and inventory reports for management.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to inventory management procedures and company SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the service store.
- Support inventory audits and continuous process improvements.
