Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Relationship Manager for Edelweiss Life Insurance in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and driving life insurance sales through direct or corporate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial goals and pitch suitable life insurance products.
Utilize leads provided by the company or channel partners to maximize conversions.
Maintain excellent long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure policy renewals and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a daily tracking report.
Adhere strictly to company policies and IRDAI compliance regulations.
Required Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Experience in BFSI, Insurance, Loans, or Credit Cards is highly preferred).
Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Languages: Fluent in Tamil and manageable English.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset.
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for local field visits.
