We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our school. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, attending visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors. Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Maintain student and visitor records. Handle inquiries and provide information about the school. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Assist with admissions-related documentation. Maintain files and office records. Support school administration in daily tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email). Pleasant personality and professional attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Prior experience in a school or office reception role is preferred.
