Job Description
• Own the end to end delivery of the Product from the understanding the business need, finding right solution, testing and implementing this as per the Genpact guidelines • Follow Agile model, tools and frameworks, to deliver repeatable long-term solutions as per the need • Run programs using the best Agile practices for initiating, planning, and executing intermediate-to-large scale cross - functional critical modules • See the big picture of the new product initiative and ensure processes scale appropriately with the organization and be a change agent to drive these organizational changes. • Communicate progress across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior leadership across IT and business. • Interact with global operations partners tocapture requirementss, discuss solutions, taking care of project issue and the resolutions • Participation in Leadership reviews • Provide weekly/ daily/monthly reports as project demand • Develop and cultivate product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals; • Lead and prioritize product roadmap, backlog, and feature development based on market trends and customer feedback; • Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, conduct user research, and define product requirements; • Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products; • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement; • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and support product launch activities; • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions.
