Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
1. 2 to 3 years experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI or HAM and/or ITOM development and support projects
2. 1 - 3 years in working experience in ATF, ITSM, CMDB, Manual Testing, ETL, Integrations Hub, TNI, HAM, ITOM, Workspace, Flow Designer and/or Change Management
3. Experience in working in ServiceNow projects with indepth knowledge and hands-on
4. Good communication skills

- Maintain and update existing software to improve functionality and resolve issues.
- Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques related to ServiceNow.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
