Role Overview
As a Duty Doctor (Resident Medical Officer), you will be responsible for delivering Right Care to patients in the Emergency Room and Wards. You will provide immediate medical attention, coordinate with consultants, and ensure smooth patient management during your duty hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt medical care to patients in ER and wards.
- Conduct initial assessment, stabilization, and treatment of emergency cases.
- Monitor in‑patients, update case sheets, and manage daily rounds.
- Coordinate with senior consultants and nursing staff for patient care.
- Handle medical emergencies, trauma, and critical care situations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and reports.
- Support patient relatives with clear communication and updates.
- Maintain hospital protocols, ethical standards, and patient safety.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
