Key Responsibilities:
•
Handle and respond to inquiries received from Google, Website, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and GeM portal
•
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product/service solutions
•
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, BOQs, and tender documents as per client requirements
•
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
•
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales successfully
•
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
•
Manage GeM portal activities including bid participation, reverse auctions, order processing, and tender submissions
•
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery schedules, and execution support
•
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and closures in CRM/Excel
•
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
•
Ensure timely documentation, invoicing coordination, and payment follow-ups
•
Stay updated with portal policies, competitor pricing, and current market trends
Required Skills & Competencies:
•
Proven experience in handling leads and sales through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, GeM portal, and Google-generated inquiries
•
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
•
Ability to prepare professional quotations, proposals, tenders, and BOQs
•
Good understanding of B2B sales and Government procurement processes
•
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing abilities
•
Proficient in MS Excel, Email communication, and CRM tools
•
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
•
Good coordination and relationship management skills
•
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and meet deadlines efficiently
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
