Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and explain health insurance products.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable health insurance plans.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi language is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or insurance sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
