Job Description: Junior Industrial Engineer
We are looking for a Junior Industrial Engineer to support production efficiency, process improvement, and smooth garment manufacturing operations at our facility in Thiruvaly, Malappuram.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support production planning and workflow optimisation.
- Study work methods, cycle time, and production efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and other relevant teams to improve productivity.
- Monitor production performance and prepare necessary reports.
- Support implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure efficient utilisation of manpower and resources.
