We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee transmission line and electrical infrastructure projects, manage site execution activities, supervise manpower, coordinate with clients, and handle tender preparation and submission. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of transmission line works, project coordination, and tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities:Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise construction, erection, stringing, and commissioning activities of transmission lines and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, and project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Manage shutdown/outage activities and ensure timely completion of work.
- Verify measurements and prepare work completion reports.
Tendering & Estimation
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions.
- Perform quantity estimation, costing, and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations.
- Prepare comparative statements and cost evaluations.
- Handle online tender submissions through government and private portals.
- Follow up on tender clarifications and bid evaluations.
Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource planning.
- Maintain project records, billing documents, and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with clients regarding approvals, billing, and project status.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of transmission line, substation, and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Experience in tender preparation, estimation, costing, and billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and tender portals.
- Good communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EHV/HV transmission line projects.
- Knowledge of tower erection, conductor stringing, cable laying, and substation works.
- Familiarity with government tenders, GEM, CPPP, MSEDCL, PGCIL, and EPC projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,782.85 per month
