Job Description:
- We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Neurosurgeon with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing neurosurgical cases while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurosurgical patients.
- Perform neurosurgical procedures with a high standard of clinical excellence.
- Manage emergency and elective neurosurgical cases.
- Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
- Collaborate with neurologists, anesthesiologists, ICU teams, radiologists, and other specialists.
- Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-operative care.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and continuous medical education.
Requirements:
- MCh/DNB in Neurosurgery.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Neurosurgery.
- Ability to independently handle neurosurgical cases.
- Strong clinical decision-making and surgical skills.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
