Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* KYC & Documentation: Assist in completing and processing Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation while ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.
* Data Management: Maintain precise client records and track applications using Microsoft Excel.
* Client Support: Act as a bridge between the firm and the investor, helping clients understand mutual fund forms and documentation in both English and Hindi.
* Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and document processing.
* Field Engagement: Conduct local visits within the NCR for document collection or client meetings as required.
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related fields preferred.
* Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year).
* Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas).
* Communication: Professional fluency in both English and Hindi.
* Traits: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* A genuine interest in Mutual Funds or Financial Services.
* Willingness to study for and obtain the NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor) certification.
