Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong visual storytelling skills. The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas into engaging visuals, marketing creatives, videos, and branding materials while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and target audience in detail
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all design work
- Interpret design briefs and define creative requirements
- Conceptualize and create visuals, graphics, videos, and marketing creatives
- Design logos, illustrations, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Prepare rough drafts and present design concepts for review
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams
- Make revisions based on feedback from internal and client reviews
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design output
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Experience with Canva is an added advantage
- Strong creativity and innovative design thinking
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in branding, advertising, or digital marketing agencies
- Motion graphics and video editing skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work
