We are hiring for an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead & Senior Lead
Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Pune | Noida
Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professionals.
1. Senior Lead – Oracle Fusion HCM
- 5–8 years of Fusion HCM experience
- Expertise in 2+ modules (Compensation, OTL, Absence, Payroll, Helpdesk, Learning, ORC, Talent, Core HR)
- 4–5 end-to-end implementation projects
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 modules
2. Lead – Oracle Fusion HCM
- 4–6 years of Fusion HCM experience
- Expertise in 2+ modules (Compensation, OTL, Absence, Payroll, Helpdesk, Learning, ORC, Talent)
- 3–4 end-to-end implementation projects
- AI Agent & Redwood Migration experience
