What will you actually do as a Dermatologist at CryptoMize?

Provide skin consultations across the medical client engagements you are deployed to — examining patients, screening for disease and assessing the condition of each patient’s skin

Incorporate the patient’s medical history into every skin examination, the way serious practice demands and rushed clinics skip

Prescribe medications to treat skin problems within the scope and protocols of each client engagement

Perform minimally invasive surgical techniques on the skin — grafts, smearing of the afflicted skin, and laser treatments on the affected areas where the engagement calls for them

Refer patients to advanced specialists when the presentation exceeds the engagement’s scope — judgment over heroics

Speak with patients about their skin’s condition in language they leave able to act on

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Dermatologist at CryptoMize you will examine patients, perform grafts and laser treatments, screen for disease and prescribe treatment across the medical client engagements you support. The role is a dedicated-resource deployment: each engagement gets your full clinical attention for its duration, and the client organization gets dermatology capability it did not have to recruit.
Clinical quality is a standing duty: every examination incorporates the patient’s medical history, every prescription sits within engagement protocol, and every referral happens when the presentation demands it. You will maintain documentation that lets any case you handle be reviewed to standard, on demand, by the client’s own clinical governance.
Clinicians here also carry institutional responsibility for the bench: mentoring the medical interns attached to engagements, feeding back what each client’s environment needs, and strengthening the training that makes the dedicated-resource model work. The clinicians who make the whole bench better are the ones promoted first.
