Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall finance & accounts operations
* Monitor daily income, expenses, receivables & collections
* Prepare P&L, cash flow & balance sheet in weight and value
* Monitor gold, silver & diamond category-wise profitability
* Ensure accuracy in weight & value-based accounting
* Handle GST, TDS & statutory compliance
* Budgeting, costing & pricing analysis
* Inventory reconciliation & stock monitoring
* Coordinate with management for financial planning
* Team management & reporting supervision
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years experience in Finance & Accounts
* Jewellery industry experience preferred
* Strong knowledge in Excel & accounting software
* Expertise in GST, TDS & compliance procedures
* Good analytical & reporting skills
* Knowledge in gold valuation & inventory accounting
* High attention to detail & accuracy
* Ability to manage finance operations independently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
