Role Summary:
Avaada Foundation is looking for an experienced CSR Professional to manage and implement CSR initiatives across Maharashtra. The candidate should have strong field-level implementation experience, preferably with some exposure to civil construction/project site environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement CSR projects at the field level.
Work closely with communities, local stakeholders, NGOs, government bodies, and project/site teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
Prepare reports, documentation, and impact updates.
Support programs in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, and Livelihood.
Coordinate CSR activities around civil construction/project sites, wherever required.
Required Experience:
6-7 years of experience in CSR or social development.
Strong field implementation background.
Experience in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, or Livelihood projects.
Basic exposure to civil construction or project site environments will be preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preference:
Candidates with Maharashtra field exposure and basic civil construction/project site exposure will be preferred.
