Roles and responsibility
1. Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs. 3.Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
4.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
6 Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
7. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
8. Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
9. Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.
Requirements:
1.Strong knowledge of JEE/NEET curriculum and student requirements.
2.Excellent communication skills (Regional Language / English preferred).
3.Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert leads.
4.Proven experience in end-to-end sales (education industry preferred).
5.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
