We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our sales team as Telesales Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our product/service.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Understand customer needs, pitch appropriate solutions, overcome objections.
- Convert leads into sales .
- Update and maintain customer database
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with sales / marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, company offerings & promotions.
- Maintain professional etiquette and phone manner at all times.
