Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design process from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, excellent project management abilities, and experience leading creative teams. You will work closely with marketing, product development, and management to create compelling designs that align with our business objectives and enhance our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through completion while meeting deadlines.
- Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and branding solutions that support the organization's business objectives.
- Establish and maintain the creative direction for the company's product range, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and online services.
- Design high-quality marketing materials, product packaging, catalogs, brochures, banners, social media creatives, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Create engaging graphics for websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to generate creative ideas for client pitches, product launches, and business proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and content teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality output.
- Review and maintain quality control over all creative concepts, artwork, and final deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative techniques, and AI-powered design tools to improve workflow and innovation.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with CorelDRAW and Canva is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of print production and digital design standards.
- Excellent creativity with a strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, marketing, and digital design projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities with experience managing or mentoring a design team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to think strategically while executing creative ideas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in graphic design or creative design.
- Experience in educational products, publishing, packaging, consumer products, or branding will be preferred.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design, or AI-powered creative tools will be considered an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
