- Welcome guests to restaurants, cafés, bars, banquet halls, or room service areas.
- Escort guests to their tables when required.
- Explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards.
- Ensure proper presentation and service etiquette.
- Prepare tables with cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to resolve service issues.
- Present bills and process payments when assigned.
- Handle cash, cards, and billing procedures accurately.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, stewards, front office, and banquet teams.
- Support events, conferences, and banquet functions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
