Role Overview
Havet AI Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven, highly curious AIML Intern to join our engineering division. In this role, you will help design, refine, and deploy AI-driven scoring, evaluation systems, and automation pipelines. You will transition academic concepts into production-ready software that solves real-world talent and assessment challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Scouting & Innovation
- Track AI breakthroughs across Hugging Face, arXiv, and GitHub repositories.
- Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for agentic and generative features.
- Decode research papers to discover state-of-the-art models for text and speech analysis.
Model Development & Pipeline Tuning
- Refine RAG pipelines and customize prompt architectures for LLMs.
- Process unstructured text, assessment transcripts, and telemetry datasets.
- Train and fine-tune classical ML frameworks and open-source models.
Collaboration & Scaling
- Expose model features through clean REST APIs using Python frameworks.
- Partner with core engineering to integrate analytical engines into backend architecture.
- Document workflows and model metrics to maintain standard testing rubrics.
Required Technical Skills
- Core Language: Advanced Python and object-oriented programming foundations.
- GenAI Ecosystem: Hands-on exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
- Traditional ML Stack: Practical knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
- Databases: Comfort with structured SQL and vector search mechanics.
- Collaboration Tools: Proficient with Git version control, GitHub, and Jupyter environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Enrolled in or recently graduated with a B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Mindset: Strong analytical reasoning and an obsession with exploring "the next big thing" in AI.
- Portfolio: Active GitHub profile showing structured personal ML or GenAI projects.
