- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to generate and qualify leads.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and regular follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and property presentations.
- Manage leads throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry to closure.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential buyers and investors.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed real estate decisions.
- Negotiate and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
